Jackie Grutsch McKinney is an associate professor of Rhetoric and Composition at Ball State University. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and she directs the Writing Center at Ball State. Her current research focuses 21st century writing centers: how technology and generational differences change practices and theories.
